Hi, welcome. My name is

I am an Engineering Manager at Moniepoint, where I lead the savings team building financial savings solutions at scale. I spent nearly five years at Microsoft as a Software Engineer, growing as an individual contributor to Software Engineer II before returning to the Nigerian tech ecosystem. My career spans close to a decade of hands-on engineering experience across startups and global technology companies, giving me a rare vantage point on what engineering growth actually looks like at different stages and in different environments. I now spend as much time developing engineers as I do building systems.
